Donald Loyd has been active in real estate for more than 35 years as a Real Estate Agent/Broker, Investor, Developer, General Contractor, and Corporate Marketing Vice President. He's currently is a co-host for a finacial planning radio show.
A gifted communicator, Don's resume includes teaching under-graduate and post-graduate course work. He is a past President of the Oregon Association of Professional Real Estate Investors and Executive Director of Northwest Real Estate Institute. He leads seminars on Real Estate Investing and Writing. Currently Don is co-host of the radio show, "Wealth Preservation Strategies."
He’s a prolific writer whose newsletter is read internationally. Believing change needed to take place at the state level, he made a run for the Oregon State Senate in 2004.

Don will do one day one-on-one coaching for a fee of $5,000 per day in Bend, OR, or the fee plus first class airfare to the city of the client and hotel and transportation costs.
He is also available as a conference motivational, inspriational and creating wealth speaker. His fee is $5,000 for a 1.5 hour presentaion or $10,000 for a two day event, plus travel related costs.
