One of my all time favorite quotes is from Spiritualist John Wolfe, "If you can change a thought, you can change the universe." I believe we all have the ability to live the life we believe we deserve by changing our thought patterns. This works for physical dis-ease, as well as emotioinal dis-ease. It is really a state of mind and we have the ability to change.

Another thing that has changed my life and many others I have worked with is learning that "Thoughts Really Are Things". What we think and how we think it must be changed in order to make positive changes in our lives.
