Emma-Louise Elsey is a Certified Professional Coach (TCA, PracNLP) and loves creating coaching tools, resources and exercises for her fellow coaches. Through her latest venture The Coaching Tools Company.com, she now works with fellow coaches, providing professional coaching exercises and resources that help them stand out from the crowd, keep their coaching fresh and skyrocket both their clients and their business.As the CEO of Simplicity Life Coaching Ltd. Emma-Louise worked with professionals such as lawyers, engineers, project managers, teachers, HR specialists, marketing and sales professionals and small business owners to help them figure out who they are and what they want from life. The main areas she coached were careers, building confidence, being authentic and finding inner peace. She also writes articles, newsletters and delivers workshops and retreats.She began coaching in 2003, completing her coach training with distinction at The Coaching Academy in England in early 2004. Shortly after, she moved to Vancouver, Canada and achieved her NLP Practitioner designation in the summer of 2005 at Erickson College in Vancouver.

She has been a member of, and volunteered with, a number of organizations including the International Coaching Federation, the Vancouver Crisis Centre and Toastmasters. Currently she is a member of her local Chamber of Commerce, Coachville and IPPA (International Positive Psychology Association).
