Gayle Gregory is one of three co-authors of "The Grand
Experiment, an Expedition of Self-Discovery", a book about seven universal
myths that drive and determine beliefs, behaviors, and their resultant
outcomes. The book is foundational in her work with individuals and
corporations, since it speaks directly to the reason why things fail to change
regardless of the effort applied. She is also the author of soon to be released
"Workplace Evolution: Uncommon Sense for Uncertain Times."
Gayle is a former senior manager with two Fortune 500
companies, United Parcel Service and Household Financial, where she had
over-sight for an operations staff of 535, and technology start-ups and project
management, respectively. While at UPS she coordinated several change initiatives
that saved the organization $10M annually. Gayle was also later assigned to
corporate to facilitate enterprise-wide change throughout the organization. As
one of her start-up projects with Household, she brought a 100 seat call center
on line from scratch, in 30 days.
Gregory founded Pure Possibility, a coaching and mentoring
program that works with individuals desiring to change old patterns and break
free of limitations, and within the Oregon state corrections system, where she
conducts meditation and thought awareness training for men in the state's
medium security prison.
Most recently she co-founded Workplace Evolution (WE), a
resource bank of leading edge consultants whose mission is to catalyze
organizational potential and nurture innovative workplaces. WE provides
integrated solutions for evolving organizations that connect employees,
customers, vendors and community to improve society as well as the
organization. Gregory specializes in the deconstruction phase of WE's unique
three phase consulting process. As she says, "You can't create the new
until you have dismantled the old otherwise you are building on top of shaky
ground that will swallow up all your good work."
While working at UPS and traveling five days a week, Gayle
finished her BA in Management, an accomplishment that she laughingly states
took 28 years from its inception. She graduated with honors right before taking
a two-year sabbatical with her husband, where she sailed to Vancouver Island
and from there to Mexico
aboard her 40 foot sailboat. The adventure was amazing and provided the
insights that were the groundwork for the seven myths.

Key Notes
You can't create the new until you have dismantled the old otherwise you are building on top of shaky ground that will swallow up all your good work.
If you must fear, fear settling for less than what is possible. And, anything is possible!
There is an infinite line of possibility. Every thing we believe we know limits us to that one small, sqare inch of real estate on the infinite line of possibility.
The world is shifting. Pay close attention and you will feel it. All that is required to shift along with it is your YES to Unity. Be willing to let down your boundaries that say, "this is as far as I go" and open to your Oneness with everything.
