I go to the heart of the matter with courage and compassion. I am also a quick learner, who is dependable, trustworthy and diligent, and I finish what I start. I communicate with clarity and passion, both verbally and in writing, and I know how to handle sensitive and confidential information.

My more than 20 years in sales, marketing, communications and general management with Nestlé, Shell and Danone, rising to General Manager for Danone Baby Nutrition in English-speaking Africa, deepened my cultural awareness and understanding of how people, markets and organisations work. I bring the credibility of having sat in the leader's seat.

I am an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Mentor Coach and founder of LCC Coaching, now in its 16th year. I offer executive, business, career transition and life coaching, and provide mentor coaching and supervision to coaches.

I have written five books, including The Imposter Pattern (2026) and Unlocking Your Teenager's Potential (2024), and created the Certified Adolescent and Youth Coach (CAYC) Training Program.

How Safe are You?

This article is not about kidnapping or car-jacking or burglars. It is about emotional and intellectual safety or personal boundaries - invisible lines you set around yourself that people are not allowed to cross. They define us as individuals and are important for healthy relationships. Many people are not consciously aware of their boundaries and sometimes need coaching to help them identify boundary issues. When boundaries are strong, events, situations, your environment, time, and other people’s desires lose their impact and their power over you.
