Some folks see the day roll into night and think that is change. It is not. Creating a light source so that the day extends into the night, now that’s change.

I have been creating light sources in small business most of my working life as both an independent and as a member of the organization. My background in operations, marketing, employee engagement and customer relations allows me an appreciative perspective on the tremendous opportunities present in change.

I have a significant track record identifying new markets, aligning practice with mission, strengthening the customer experience, and helping employees work smarter with passion. The ground covered has included manufacturing, banking, health and wellness, international family recreation, and non profit.
