I believe we have all been divinely designed with a purpose - we are "Designed to Shine." We've all been designed by our Creator with abilities, strengths and personality that is distince to us. As we begin to understand our unique design, we can begin using our strengths in a way that accomplishes our purpose in life.
As we understand ourselves better, we also begin relating better to others. By simply understanding how the DISC model of human behavior works, we can learn how to communicate better with others at home, and in the workplace.
