I have been working with body/mind issues since 1993, focusing on clearing dysfunctional patterns from the unconscious. I became interested in working with weight loss because I came to see how painful and common this issue is. I also realized that it can be a doorway into working through the key issues from both the past and present. I find that people are really willing to do their psychological work when they can see their relationship with food and their bodies improving.
Recently I've added Brainspotting to my approach and found that it combines the power and eficiency of hypnotherapy and EMDR and takes the healing to a new neurological level. I'm very excited to see people naturally making lifestyle changes, sometimes after only one session.
