The most common after-shocks of divorce are sadness, depression, anger, and a loss of self. And Divorce Recovery is something that many of us need but do not receive after such a traumatic and life-changing experience.
My intensive training in trauma and grief recovery as well as my clinical experience over the last 10 years helping individuals, couples and families deal with difficult life situations has prepared me well for the sort of emotions impacting you now. I can help you understand your emotions, emerge from the grief, get control over your anger and depression, and rediscover your identity as a well adjusted person ready to begin a new chapter in life.
If you are struggling with life after divorce, please contact me. I will help you get through it.
