Kathy received her coach training and certification from the International Coach Academy and went on to become a successful business owner.  Kathy's learning path and career transition from legal work to coaching is her "dream come true".  Her credentials include a Professional Coach credential from the International Coach Federation, a Certified Master Coach credential from the Behavioral Coaching Institute, a Master Reiki Teacher credential from the International Reiki Institute, and a certification in the ground-breaking Wellness Inventory program. 

Kathy is a coach trainer at the world-renowned International Coach Academy in Australia and founder and CEO of IMPEL, an innovative global coaching company focusing on human development in the private and public sector. 

She introduces her clients to a fresh and innovative "coach approach" supporting them to achieve positive, measurable and sustainable results in their own behaviors and life-time goals.  Her skill as a credentialed coach, business owner and knowledge garnered from the Harvard Mentor Business Management & Communication Skills program and Six Sigma Business Black Belt certification provide positive support and oftentimes unprecedented personal and professional growth to her clients.
