Postnatal Depression and Anxiety
We support mothers experiencing perinatal mental health issues. Support groups are run on line across the country and are free of charge. We also have face to face groups in London, with a creche. Both are free of charge.

I have helped hundreds of women to recover from postnatal depression over the past fourteen years, and having had it after the births of both my daughters ,I have a wealth of personal and professional experience.
In 2003 I produced the DVD/video, Understanding Postnatal Depression, which has been sold all over the world and has provided support and information to health professionals and parents.
