Getting Started With Lynn Kindler
I offer one 30 minute complimentary coaching session by phone or in-person if you live in Austin so that we can check each other out to see if there is a good "fit". Then the next step is to set-up our next three to nine sessions. These will be forty-minutes a piece either by phone or f2f which includes unlimited emails in-between our sessions or quick check in phone calls.
As Popeye once said, "I yam what I yam"! To me this means that I'm interested in learning about you and listening to you as your story unfolds. I have all kinds of bells, whistles, assessments and forms I can use, but truthfully, the best kind of Coaching is the kind that results from a good connect between the two of us. I've got loads of work experience including 15 years as an IT Recruiter and Account Manager but I think my most important gift is one of intuition that occurs when someone is willing to be open and honest as they can be, about who they are.
