I am writing a book currently titled, What I Wish For You: Helping Our Kids Discover Their Authentic Selves. It is a guide for parents, showing them how to raise children that are in alignment with their true purpose and desires. I cover topics like gratitude, empathy, manners, spirituality and the importance of diversity, What I Wish For You offers advice and exercises that draw from my own experience working with families and being a parent myself. Readers will learn how to incorporate these lessons into their parenting, helping them to jumpstart the process of discovery in their children so that they can live lives filled with joy and abundance.
I am an L-MSW and have worked as a school social worker for over 12 years. I am a contributor to Best Self Magazine and my articles have appeared on Intentblog, Dr. Laura, Hitched, Galtime, Diet.com and Momiverse.
