“My greatest belief is the ability of our higher self to lead us toward the path of fulfillment.”
Melinda P. Neisser is the founder of Path Seekers Life Coaching. For the past thirty years, she has been inspiring individuals to reach their full potential, and to enhance the quality of their lives. Melinda began her career as a social worker, where she strived to assist clients in seeking a better understanding of themselves and their behaviors.
The next step in her career led Melinda to enter the area of training and development, where she designed and conducted an array of workshops that empowered individuals in their personal and professional lives
Melinda has now added personal life coaching to her repertoire of skills. She received her training at the Institute for Life Coach Training. To further strengthen her coaching skills, she was trained in the area of “deep coaching” at the Deep Coaching Institute. Melinda is one of the first groups of coaches to be trained in this method of coaching. Through this training, she developed the Pathway Process, ™which incorporates the use of the Enneagram, a personality assessment into her coaching practice. Through the use of this assessment, clients identify what their personality type is and how to utilize their specific gifts, talents and strengths. Clients are also taught how to unhook from the limiting beliefs and behaviors associated with their personality type. This innovative approach to coaching enables the client to begin a radical re-visioning of themselves so that they can live from a place of expansiveness and potential.
Melinda holds a B.S.W. in Social Work and a M. S. in Human Resource Management from Widener University with a specialization in Training and Development.
