Mike has a BS in Pre-Med, a Master's Degree in Physical Therapy and completed a Sportsmedicine Rehabilitation Fellowship and also earned his MBA. He has over 20 years experience in Orthopedic and Sportsmedicine Physical Therapy and has presented over a dozen lectures at regional and national conferences for Physicians, Nurses, PTs, PT Assistants and Athletic Trainers.
Mike believes that you can't just treat an injury, you must eliminate the abnormal movement problems that may have caused it. Areas that are 'stuck' or 'weak' create extra strain on other areas, often leading to pain or injury.
Mike has witnessed problems with patient compliance and the ability for people to access good quality information. After 2 years of planning, he launched www.myPTpro.com as a resource for people to read articles, watch videos, share experiences and ask questions. myPTpro empowers people to better manage their own health and rely less on expensive, inconvenient healthcare visits.
www.myPTpro.com is Mike's informative, interactive website with articles, videos, blogs, forums and a knowledgebase. Members can get the trusted information they need but also share their experiences with the community and ask for others to share their experiences as well.
Knowledge is a great starting point but without ACTION you will never get what you want.
Mike's website, www.myPTpro.com, provides free articles, as well as a knowledgebase, blog and forums to get you up to speed on what you need to know. Mike also has a free monthly newsletter you can sign up for on the website and you'll get his free report, "5 Steps to Thinking Like the Pros" which will teach you the the way you need to think, the signs to look for and the steps to take to ensure you have the tools you need to succeed.
