If a truth is revealed, and you come to an understanding of that truth, you are no better off than when you were before the truth was revealed.
We have so many truths revealed to us throughout our lives here on earth, but so often we negate these truths by living outside of the full value of those truths.
I would like to use a metaphor to better explain this principle to you.
If a physical object were a truth, in other words, the actual thing was “a truth” and you held it in your hands then you would be in possession of “a truth” right?
If the object became "cumbersome" and stopped you from doing your day to day activities you would put it down would you not? Or would you learn to do the activities in a new way?
Because of the pain linked to the extra burden , most would put it down.
That is what so many people do with “truths”.
The truth is revealed, and they get excited about it and they agree that the truth is important.
In other words they have an “Aha!! Moment”
But as I state in all my books, this does not help.
You have to pick it up and keep it close, because if you don’t then you will have dropped the value of the truth and you will find yourself in a similar position to where you initially found yourself.
So when you find the proverbial pennies in this life then follow through and pick them up and put them in your pocket!!!
This is what I focus on and teach.
