There are two main parts to building healthy self-esteem and authentic self-confidence:
1. Changing the subconsicous program that is supporting core limiting beliefs about yourself, and
2. Developing the ability to feel good most of the time - physiologically. Conditioning your brain to produce more serotonin, endorphins and oxytocin, instead of stress chemicals.
My passion is transforming lives through sharing the knowledge and techniques the empower individuals to change the subconscious programming that is currently "running the show".
I love answering questions, so please feel freel to reach out and ask. :)
1. From birth, every experience is recorded by the subconscious, but not as a camera would record it. Every experience is interpreted by the subconscious, and given meaning - and then the meaning of that is recorded for future reference.
2. This is how we learn who we are and how the world works. It's how a baby can be born in rural Africa, or Hollywood, and learn to fit in and survive in that environment.
3. Every moment, the subconscious is referring to the information it holds from previous experiences, as "proof" and "evidence" of who we are and how the world works (whether that information is actually true or not) - then prompting the brain to trigger the organs, to produce chemicals.
4. These chemicals create feelings, sensations, emotions, and impulses.
5. The conscious mind then interprets those feelings, emotions, sensations, and impulses - and behaves accordingly.
This is how the subconscious controls the conscious mind through the body. In addition to this, every new experience is filtered through the existing references created from past experiences, and then added to the structure of existing beliefs.
Reprogramming the Subconscious means changing that "evidence" - then the Subconscious is referring to NEW evidence (that proves whatever it is you want now) - and it automatically controls the conscious mind through the body... to produce those new results. ;) :)
