HOW CHRISTIAN COACHING WORKS Individual sessions are conducted conveniently and privately by telephone, and last about 45 minutes. You can have the results you want in as little as 4 weeks, seeing results after our very first session. Your initial consultation session is free and usually lasts about 30 minutes. During this consultation: I will explain life coaching in general. This gives you the opportunity to determine whether you could benefit from Christian Life Coaching.
