Robert Simic is the founder of the RS Method and the Robert Simic Coaching Institute (RSCI), based in Dubai. Born in Belgrade in 1976, he has spent over twenty years doing live transformational work on five continents, in rooms of two and rooms of two thousand. CEOs and single mothers. Therapists who'd run out of ways to help themselves.
His work starts from one idea: you are not broken, you are buried under survival identities you never chose, and what is buried can be remembered.
He knows that road from the inside. He left his home country after a war, with nothing. In his twenties he washed cars on a Greek island and worked night shifts as a labourer in Germany. He built what looked like a stable life on the other side of the world, and then lost it. He didn't climb out by becoming someone new. He came home to who he was before the world told him who to be.
That is the RS Method, in two movements. Unbecoming: the charge comes off the patterns a person has been managing for years. Remembering: they come back to who they were underneath them all along. In Robert's words: "I don't fix people. I break the patterns that make them think they're broken."
He holds over fifty certifications across the field, and after two decades he kept only what worked, distilled into one body of work. He'll tell you plainly that the letters after a name matter less than what someone can actually do for another human.
He is the author of UNBECOME: Stop Fixing Yourself. Start Remembering Who You Are. (July 2026), an Amazon best seller at launch. His work has been featured in Forbes, LA Weekly, Khaleej Times and Gulf Times. He leads The Impossible Experience live online and the 5-Day RS Method Experience in Dubai, and through RSCI he trains and certifies coaches.
