Hi there,
I am Sean Mantack,
AKA “The UNSTUCK Coach”
I am the owner of Stuck In A Rut Coaching. I specialize in helping professionals who find themselves stuck in a situation that they cannot make headway with on their own. It could be an issue with your career, an issue with your personal life – sometimes it's an issue with both.
As someone who found themselves stuck in a rut for a very long time, I have first-hand experience of what it takes to get unstuck. I help my clients to become aware of what has really been keeping them feeling stuck, once they become aware of what has been keeping them stuck, I give them the tools that they will need to transform their life from feeling stuck, to being unstuck.
I consider myself a bit of a bookworm and a relatively well-read individual, due to this fact, I have come across hundreds, if not thousands of quotes during the course of my personal development.
I have a multitude of favourite quotes, quotes that make me think, quotes that I agree with wholeheartedly, quotes that have opened my eyes to the way that I view the world, some quotes have even shook the foundation of my belief system.
Of all the quotes that have affected me in one way or another, one quote stands head and shoulders above all the others as far as I am concerned. I personally think that this quote should be hung up for every child to see in every classroom, in every school in the world. It should be the first thing that they see as they come into school, and the last thing they see on their way home.
This is a simple quote that has an inbuilt power to it, a power that helps you to realise that you are full of unlimited potential. This quote is by the famous American Essayist and Philosopher, Ralph Waldo Emerson. The quote is as follows:
“What Lies Behind Us And What Lies Before Us Are Tiny Matters Compared To What Lies Within Us”.
This quote embodies my philosophy when it comes to my area of expertise, helping people to get unstuck from a situation in their life that they are having trouble dealing with alone.
Some people are too proud to ask for help, some people see asking for help as a sign of weakness, I used to be one of those people. I thought that I had to do it all on my own, I thought that I had to carry the burden alone. We all need a helping hand at some point in our life, whether it's a quiet word to point us in the right direction, or whether it's an intervention for our own good, we all need a little help.
If you are feeling stuck and you think that you need help, don't think that you need to go through it all alone, there are people who care enough to give you a helping hand when you need it, you simply have to ask.
The very best way for anyone to get to know me would be to get into my head. I do not mean literally, I mean get into my head to see the way that I think, and see what is important to me, what I value, what I have no time for, and what makes me tick.
The very best way to do all that would be to go to my website and read a few of my blog posts, and check out some of my 250 plus articles on EzineArticles.com. This will give you a much better picture of the kind of person that I am, the way that I see the world, and most importantly, to show you that I know what it's like to feel stuck, I managed to get myself through feeling stuck and out the other side too.
I have a recently finished my first CD product. The Get Unstuck CD will guide you through the process of getting yourself unstuck from any situation that you happen to find yourself in. Get over to my website and check it out, it might be exactly what you are looking for.
