Am a student of life and in my endeavour to understand life and its meaning, have come out with a very simple formula . "LIFE isn't about finding yourself, Life is about CREATING yourself."
Each day , one has to make a decision on the kind of life one wants to create. You alone are responsible for what you are and where you are.
I don't like to call myself a coach, as each one of us is our own coach. I could be a facilitator on your journey towards happiness. Happiness is our right , but somewhere as a part of growing up we forget about it. Its time to get back what is rightfully ours and learn the skill that is happiness. Make happiness a habit.
I have been travelling all over the world and in my travels came across various beautiful people who have helped me in my journey of introspection and realization that happiness is a choice we make.
I recently met a "financially poor" but "spiritually wealthy" lady from India, who defined happiness in a very succinct way. When I asked her if she was happy, she immidiately responded with a resounding yes. I asked why? She said that because she had a husband who was not a drunkard and did not beat her! My reaction to her statement was.... and that is why you are happy??????
All my life I had been looking for something on the outside to make me feel fulfilled. My life has been a series of ups and downs. Materially I went from complete excess to deprevation , to having whatever my heart fancied. Physically , I went from being the life of a party to a self convinced manic depressive and being suicidal, and relationally went out of my marriage, looking for the perfect mate to make me happy. Having gone full circle , it made me realise that happiness is something on the inside and a skill that can be learnt. Eventually the skill becomes second nature, and it becomes a habit.
Most of us look for happiness in the big things , but if we were to seek, it is right here and now staring at us in the face. we just have to acknowledge it.
Lets all get together and spread the message of happiness and gratitude. lets all Make A Difference. Be MAD!!!!!

The following quotes are by Norman Vincent Peale
• Become a possibilitarian. No matter how dark things seem to be or actually are, raise your sights and see possibilities—always see them, for they’re always there.
• Believe it is possible to solve your problem. Tremendous things happen to the believer. So believe the answer will come. It will.
• Formulate and stamp indelibly on your mind a mental picture of yourself as succeeding. Hold this picture tenaciously. Never permit it to fade. Your mind will seek to develop the picture...Do not build up obstacles in your imagination.
• People become really quite remarkable when they start thinking that they can do things. When they believe in themselves they have the first secret of success.
• There is a real magic in enthusiasm. It spells the difference between mediocrity and accomplishment.
• Your enthusiasm will be infectious, stimulating, and attractive to others. They will love you for it. They will go for you and with you.
• Part of the happiness of life consists not in fighting battles but in avoiding them. A masterly retreat is in itself a victory.
• Action is a great restorer and builder of confidence. Inaction is not only the result, but the cause, of fear. Perhaps the action you take will be successful; perhaps different action or adjustments will have to follow. But any action is better than no action at all.

• You have to “be” before you can “do” and do before you can “have.”
• You cannot climb the ladder of success dressed in the costume of failure.
• You don’t pay the price for success. You enjoy the price for success.
• If you go looking for a friend, you’re going to find they’re very scarce. If you go out to be a friend, you’ll find them everywhere.
• People often say that motivation doesn’t last. Well, neither does bathing—that’s why we recommend it daily.
• What you get by achieving your goals is not as important as what you become by achieving your goals.
• You cannot make it as a wandering generality. You must become a meaningful specific.
• I believe that persistent effort, supported by a character-based foundation, will enable you to get more of the things money will buy and all of the things money won’t buy.
