I have always believed that thoughts are connected to our feelings, which in turn rule our behavior. This was confirmed for me when I received training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I use a balanced approach which applies your logical/analytical side with your emotional/intuitive one to create transformative change.
I have been helping people in the mental health field for the past ten years. I have experience with depression, anxiety and major mental illnesses. I usually combine my work with spirituality, as I feel its vital to have faith, hope and optimism when you are dealing with depression or any other mental illness.
