Tara Hoffman, President of Dolkar Wellness, has been in the health and wellness industry for over 20 years. Through her nutritional coaching and healing work, hundreds of individuals have increased their awareness of wellness and have become healthier and happier in body, mind and spirit.
Tara’s wellness organization is a Scottsdale, Arizona-based company that has coined a new approach in the wellness industry –“NeoWellness” engaging holistic health and wellness at the cellular level.
Tara began her healing work in 1990 as a massage therapist and expanded her services to Deep Tissue Myotherapy, Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Reiki and Chinese Massage. In the last 18 years, she has traveled to 11countries and studied with holistic doctors, healers, high masters and shamans - bringing with her the knowledge, wisdom, and experience of many different healing modalities and techniques. She also embarked on a personal quest for spiritual development and now offers meditation instruction and spiritual guidance as part of her service suite.
Most recently, Tara designed and conducted a NeoWellness Cellular Level Weight Loss Pilot Program. The NeoWellness program has no gimmicks and utilizes healthy, holistic methods for weightloss and a healthier way of living. In general, the program calls for consumption of primarily organic, whole foods, at least 30-45 minutes of exercise per day (6 days a week), drinking a certain volume of pure water, specific meditations, and utilizing positive affirmations to see oneself as slim, healthy and happy. In this six-week pilot, the average weight loss was 12 pounds and there was a significant reduction in bloating, edema, and an overall lift in spirit. Most importantly, participants learned to view food and the process of cooking and eating in a more healthy way and learned how to “eat to live rather than living to eat.”
Workshop leader is a new role Tara has added to her repertoire. She co-sponsored a workshop in January called The Trail Guide for the Path to Happiness and will be conducting the second level training in April called Happiness – Continually Letting Go.
After many years of operating at a grass-roots level - one person at a time, Tara Hoffman’s Dolkar Wellness is now expanding their service to offering wellness information, health tips, and NeoWellness products and services to the world.
