I was first introduced to network marketing early in my adult life while serving in the military. I was excited about the opportunity and building a residual income but just could not make it work. Even though I had failed, I’d had a taste and knew what I wanted.
A few years later I was introduced to another opportunity and was starting to have moderate success when my up-line just disappeared. How frustrating to just be abandoned like that. Not know where to turn, I faced another disappointment.
Many years went by and I had not even considered another opportunity. I was very reluctant when I was approached about joining another company. I spent weeks researching and trying products before finally agreeing. Much had changed since my previous attempts. With the internet, communication and training were available 24/7. I took advantage of every webinar, teleseminar and live event available. Many were company sponsored but many were general MLM training sessions. It’s true, the more you learn the more you earn. But you also need to take action. It does not just happen.

The winners in life think constantly in terms of I can, I will, and I am. Losers, on the other hand, concentrate their waking thoughts on what they should have or would have done, or what they can't do. - Dennis Waitley
There’s not a lot you can do about the national economy but there is a lot you can do about your personal economy. - Zig Ziglar
The critical ingredient is getting off your butt and doing something. It's as simple as that. A lot of people have ideas, but there are few who decide to do something about them now. Not tomorrow. Not next week. But today. The true entrepreneur is a doer, not a dreamer. - Nolan Bushnell
