Thom F. Cavalli, Ph.D. is a clinical psychologist with a specialization in Jungian topics. He has been practicing and lecturing on a wide variety of clinical and transformational subjects for thirty years. Some organizations that have sponsored seminars and workshops by Dr. Cavalli include the Esalen Institute, the Los Angeles Jung Institute, the Bowers Museum, the American Psychological Association, the Scottsdale Center for the Arts and the Philosophical Research Society. His most recent book is Alchemical Psychology, Old Recipes for Living in a New World, published by Putnam in 2002. Among his many travels he recently returned from Egypt and is presently working on a new book based on ancient Egyptian alchemy. He is happily married and has one daughter who recently received her MFA and exhibited at GEISA Miami. His wife is an aerospace engineer who is pursuing her doctorate in Organizational Leadership.
