Inspired by his appreciation of the value of human aspects of business and armed with a unique ability to quickly understand both "the big picture" and its interrelated pieces, Tom transitioned to the executive coaching vocation. He founded this strategic development coaching practice in 2001 to leverage his 27 years as a top executive and business owner. To support the practice, he forged two strategic partnerships to access both world class development tools and ongoing support and education. A lifelong learner, Tom recently completed a rigorous curriculum in developmental coaching.
