Inspired by his appreciation of the value of human aspects of business and armed with a unique ability to quickly understand both "the big picture" and its interrelated pieces, Tom transitioned to the executive coaching vocation. He founded this strategic development coaching practice in 2001 to leverage his 27 years as a top executive and business owner. To support the practice, he forged two strategic partnerships to access both world class development tools and ongoing support and education. A lifelong learner, Tom recently completed a rigorous curriculum in developmental coaching.   

Tom approaches his coaching engagements with a focused, results orientated mindset and a tireless commitment to assuring his clients' success. Tom is inherently analytic, highly articulate with a unique ability to sort and simplify the complex details of interpersonal, organizational and operational issues.  He is an empathic listener with a utilitarian mindset.  Tom draws insight from having been there and done that, as an officer and business owner in three diverse industries.
