***Get a Jump on Fear Before Fear Jumps on You

We accumulate fear all our lives and it is there in our subconscious ready to jump on us. It is active and running 24/7 keeping us anxious and nervous. This article tells us it's time to rid ourselves of fear and worry once and for all.

Fear is rampant these days, especially because of the economic conditions. People are afraid about money, they're afraid about their job, they're afraid about their bank, and they're afraid about their future.

People develop a lot of fear over their lifetime. They accumulate fear.
When you were a child, adults began to frighten you with stories about ghosts, goblins, witches and who knows what else? Oh, yes, the boogieman.

They would tell you to look both ways. Be careful when you cross the street, because you could get run over. In the interest of protecting you, they scared you about all the ways you could be hurt or killed. They taught you to protect yourself with fear.

They didn't intend anything bad by it. Their intention was good. They thought they were helping you. That's how they were taught as a child. They were teaching you the same way they were taught.

What they didn't see is that they were programming you with fear. They were building up fear in you about all kinds of potential dangers. They were expressing their own fear, and putting that fear on you. Not being able to discriminate, you accepted the fear as being real.

Then you went to school, and the same process kept up with teachers expressing their fear. Without you realizing it, they were programming you. And, your peers were expressing the fear taught them by their parents, grandparents, aunts and uncles.

And, what about television? Can you imagine all the fear being built up in children these days? They unconsciously watch television while the pharmaceutical advertisements talk about all the ways you can get sick and die. Children who watch the news, have fear drummed into their head about money, lack, scarcity, gloom and doom. Adults are programmed the same way, of course.

Most people are carrying around fear they have been building up all their lives. They're picking up new fear all the time and adding it to their subconscious bank of fear.

You couldn't get a traffic ticket, you couldn't get sick, you couldn't have anything bad happen to you if you didn't have a fear about it? If you're carrying around a lot of fear, you are waiting for a bus to hit you.
The smart thing to do is to stop suppressing all that fear and get rid of it.

You could not have one bad thing happen to you, if you didn't have a fear about it beforehand. Why carry around all that fear?
