Your Erogenous Zones
Learning where all of our erogenous zones are and a few simple techniques will be very rewarding for both of you. Use a light caress, asking your partner if they would like more pressure. For many, a very light touch is extremely erotic and sensually, as well as sexually stimulating. As always, it doesn’t matter what many, most, or the rest of the world finds stimulating, it only matters what you and your partner prefer. This is for you. Experimenting is fun, go for it!
When giving and receiving a Sensual Massage, make sure that your frame of mind and emotions are on the right track. If you are touching all the right places with expertise, but your mind is on a myriad of issues that you need to deal with, neither of you will have an enjoyable experience. Hence, Rule Number One: Be present. Rule Number Two: Be honest. If your partner just loves to play with your ears (or anything else) but you find it annoying, gently communicate that and direct him or her to those places on your body that you love to be touched. (Plato’s’ aphorism to “Know Thyself” is very important; take the time to discover what you like so that you can communicate that to your partner). Rule Number Three: Listen to your partner both with your ears and your heart; you want to know what feels especially tantalizing to them and respond accordingly-(in case they haven’t yet learned rule number two very effectively). Rule number Four: Take your time. If you want to give and receive a sensual massage, you will need to set aside some time. Quickies can be a lot of fun, but if you want a deeply bonding and transcendent experience, take your time and explore.

Aromatherapy’s history can be traced back to ancient times when both the psychological and physical benefits were recognized in Egypt, China and India. These oils have a powerful effect on our emotional system, and a part of that emotional system is our libido. Adding essential oils to our massage oil when giving a sensual massage heightens our senses and turns on our pleasure centers. Plus, when you use, say rose; the next time you use a rose essential oil or even smell roses, you will be transported back to that magical moment of intimacy; which in turn releases endorphins making us feel happy, loved, and exquisite.

My personal favorites are (Big Surprise) Rose;
Rose is one of the most powerful aphrodisiac essential oils for women. It calms and soothes, while enabling women to feel sensuous and provocative.
Clary Sage, with its musky floral scent not only boosts the libido but creates a calm and seductively euphoric temperament.
Jasmine; sensuous, deeply floral, almost hypnotic fragrance was one of Cleopatra’s favorites and mine as well.
Sweet Orange; I love to use Sweet Orange when I am feeling especially playful; it boosts our happiness brain chemicals as well as our libido. Also a great one to use when your partner is feeling playful and you are not…it can definitely change your outlook!
Cinnamon Bark; I often add a drop or more of cinnamon bark to my sensual massage oils; not only is it a stimulating aphrodisiac that is said to awaken sexual desires as it elevates the mood, but it also adds a tingling sensation that I love! Be careful, too much can burn-experiment to find just the right amount for you.
