What does the future coach look like?

I have worked in the coaching industry for 10 years, I have seen a lot. I believe that we are on the edge of a powerful global transformation of the coaching industry and I want to discuss what that means for us all, together.
THE CURRENT STATE OF THE COACHING INDUSTRY:
The coaching industry has been inundated with the “Build A 7 Figure Coaching Lifestyle Business” dream. Age old marketing trends have told us that we should “sell people what they want and give them what they need” and so, that’s what we do. We sell the dream.
The reality is that building ANY business is hard, let alone a 7 Figure business.
Don’t get me wrong. Yes, we DO need the next Oprah, the next Tony Robbins and the next who-ever-it-is-that-you-look-up-to in your space. The world needs them and there is no reason why that person cannot be YOU.
Nat Binette and I, who make up GURU HAUS teach people who to do just that. However, I believe that we, as an industry, are getting something wrong…. Allow me to share my heart…
HAVE WE SACRIFICED LIVES FOR THE SEVEN FIGURE DREAM?
The “industry” is selling anyone and everyone into the 7 Figure dream for the sake of generating cash, in fact as much cash from these people as possible.
And as a result I believe that people are falling into the trap of being sold into this dream and the devastating results showcase a myriad of coaches whose Facebook feeds are bombarded with the seven figure coach dream – the pictures in the exotic locations, the media, the luxury food and as a result there are a high percentage of coaches who feel that they can’t do it, that they are not good enough and so they feel overwhelmed, heartbroken and as a result they stop coaching.
Both the lives of these coaches are too important AND the lives of those people who these coaches were created to serve, are important.
But, maybe this is just me. Maybe I am feeling and sensing this wrong and that’s why I need to hear from YOU:
