Great leaders understand that the right attitude sets the right tone and enables the right responses from others. Ask yourself how your attitude can impact those around you?
Develop People
Leaders must master the art of developing those around them. Make your most valuable assets (people) feel worthwhile, give them encouragement, know their strengths and assist them to develop their weaknesses.
Action Exercise
Think of people you admire. Make a list of reasons why you admire them. Then ask yourself......do I do these things?
