Finding a solution to back pain or sciatica can be a real dilemma for many people. Often ending up with ongoing back pain or sciatica without a simple enough solution causes people to turn to surgery. Unfortunately this is often a misguided decision because again, it doesn’t deal with the real cause of the problem and is only a band aid treatment targeting the symptoms.
