But hold on, before you continue I want to ask you few questions to confirm that we’re on the same page.

• Do you constantly feel bad about yourself?

• Do you always get a feeling that you’re not good at doing anything?

• Do you feel you’ve low on confidence and self-esteem?

• Are you afraid of trying things just because you’re worried of failing?

• Do you get hurt easily?

• Do you constantly get negative thoughts in your mind?

• Do you feel somewhere in your mind you won’t be successful in life?

To be honest these are some heart wrenching questions that can stop you from staying happy and peaceful in life.

And I know at least 50 percent of the problems out of all the questions above exist in your life.

Or else you wouldn’t be sitting here reading this article……..Right?

And if you didn’t answer ‘yes’ to at least one of the above questions, something is definitely wrong with you or you’re an enlightened human being free of all the materialistic desires and possessions.

Worrying about little things in life is part of human nature and there’s no harm in that. But the problem arises when it starts to take over your life.

In other words it starts to control you, rather than you controlling it.

You need to slowly train your mind to avoid little things and stop worrying about them.

I’m telling this because If everything was really ‘working out’ for you 100% perfect right now, you wouldn’t be reading this, would you?

Remember worrying is a state of mind that exist naturally in every one of us which is also called as BAD feelings.

Some examples of worry factor are guilt, fear of failure or losing something, low confidence level and many other things.

These are obvious things that already exist in every individual on the earth.

The only difference is some people have powerful control on these things and don’t get bothered by them and some like you fall prey to them.

Believe me you experience them not because there’s something wrong in you or in your life.

You experience them because you look and treat them like a problem.

Note that it doesn’t matter what your life ‘looks like’, its how you treat your life in different situations determines the intensity of your problems and the worry factor.

And the most critical thing if you observe is the moment you solve one problem you feel little relaxed and stress free.

But the very next moment another problem is already waiting at your door steps to get entertained by you.

So, it proves that problems in life will never end and it’s also not something that you can control, but if you can train your mind to stay cool and look at them from positive mindset.

You’ll be more at peace and once you develop a habit of it life will be easy and beautiful.

#2. Steps To Improve Your Happiness by 95 Percent

Do you know that most of the times in life we react to situations negatively even when the situation is not that negative in true sense.

The point is life is only 10 or at most 15 percent what happens to you, rest is how you react and treat your life situations.

Even though the situation is negative train your mind to look for good, because I believe you get what you look for.

Remember when you look for gold, you need to move tons of dirt to get even an ounce of gold.

But the point is when you go looking, you look for gold and not for dirt.

If you’re with me you already know by now that it is your reaction to a situation that keeps you worried and frustrated…..Right?

So, why not change the reaction and to change that, all you have to do is become AWARE of what your reactions currently are.

That’s all.

If you want to enjoy life more, feel good, live a happier, more fulfilling life, all that’s significant is learn to practice awareness of your own thoughts.

Awareness is the ‘gateway drug’ that leads to amazing satisfaction and joy in all aspects of your stressful life.

In other words, if you’re not aware of your own thoughts true happiness and peace of mind is literally impossible.
It is the secret ingredient to revitalize your mind, body and soul.

It’s because you cannot change anything without being aware of what you want to change and why it needs to be changed.

Once again just stop thinking and create awareness of your thoughts.

People who constantly think try to change things about their lives in a way that actually never works.

On the other hand people who’re aware of your negative thoughts not only you understand them well but also get to the root of the problem and try to solve or change it with the right mindset.

Read this simple example that will prove my point.
Let’s consider a simple situation.

You love your wife very much and she loves you too and she’s a house wife.

But you’re not happy with her for couple of her things like not paying the electricity bills on time and also she’s not a good cook and you love eating variety of cuisines.

This couple of things about her always get you angry.
So what would you do in this situation?

Should you keep complaining and blaming her for not paying bills on time and not cooking good food?
Of course not? Doing this will only worsen your beautifully married life.

Instead what you could do is become aware of your thoughts that it’s not in her hands to cook good food and not everyone can be an excellent cook.

But you can ask her politely to pay the electricity bills on time, remember politely without hurting her sentiments as that’s something that she can and she must do.

Believe me this will not only improve your relationship, but also solve the problem.

In other words don’t judge or blame others. Don’t be harsh with people around you.

I gave you this example, because there are many small things in life we ignore and start fighting on them and we can learn to ignore this things by building awareness of our thoughts and believe me you’ll be more at peace with yourself.

Remember I said above 10 or 15% is what life gives you, rest is your own negative imagination, immature behavior and reactions.

#3. Follow Your Passion and Do What You Love Doing

Many times in life you follow others passion just because you find what they’re doing is cool.

But that’s not true most of the times, if someone is doing something they’re doing out of their own passion and will.

And that’s none of your business.

You must follow your passion and do what you love to get in tune with your own self.

When you do things that you love, you automatically raise the level of your happiness as you don’t get bored doing it.

On the other hand when you do things just because you believe they’re cool, you lose interest and after sometime they start sapping your energy and confidence level.

So, guys if you want to live a happier and healthier life better do what you love and not what you find cool.

#4. Do Meditation Preferably in the Morning

Meditation is one of the best ways to get rid of negative thoughts and I believe unless you throw negative thoughts out of your stressed mind, you cannot create new space to let positive thoughts flow in.

Meditation is amazing but when done in the morning it’s more fruitful, because our conscious mind is at its sleepiest and quietest in the early-morning hours.
When it comes to tapping into your intuitive power, that’s the best thing.

While performing meditation, you need to SHUT DOWN all the noisy channels to create that peaceful environment.

Meditating is an amazing way to slow down and tune into the nuggets of primordial wisdom that are regularly being shoved your way by the scurrying messengers of your intuition.

So next time you wake up in the morning, dedicate some time to stretch, plump up your pillows, and yawn.
And then take ten to fifteen minutes to sit up, shut up, and listen to yourself breathe.

#5. Help Others in Need

If you want to find your own happiness, try to give happiness to others.

Help someone who cannot repay you in cash or kind. It is the best way to feel good about yourself and improve your self-confidence.

The sense of satisfaction that you get when you help someone is more pleasing and satisfying than buying your first CAR.

So, just do it don’t think about it.

#6. Spend Time with Family and Friends

Never ever ignore your family and friends, in tough times they will be the one who will stand with you.

Always spend your weekend with your family and friends, talk to them have one to one conversation to keep the spark and intimacy alive.

It really helps to distress your body, forget work pressure and also provide you some break from your busy work schedule.

#7. Look After Your Health

It is rightly said that health is wealth, in fact I believe that your happiness has lot to do with your health.

Being healthy keeps you more energetic and improves your performance.

Include regular exercise, jogging, walking and eating healthy as an integral part of your daily routine.

There is a saying “if you have healthy body, you automatically save 20 percent of your salary” because you don’t need to go to doctor…….Right?

Believe me once you adopt a healthier life style, you won’t regret this decision.

#8. Last But Not the Least Dress well

I believe your dressing sense truly reflects your self-image, if you doubt my words look at yourself in the mirror when you’re dressed nicely and look at yourself when you’re dressed badly.

In both the situations your expressions and feelings will be different….correct me if I’m wrong?
