The Difference Between Mediocre and Optimum Wellness

As a person interested in peak performance, optimum wellness and nutrition, I thought you might like to know about a very important breakthrough. I was taking vitamins and minerals recommended to me by various holistic doctors for many years. These recommendations included herbs and homeopathic remedies designed to help me with a variety of illnesses. Since I took these recommendations
very seriously and spent literally hundreds of dollars per month on them, I really thought I was getting all the nutrition I needed.

I had been a biofeedback practitioner for many years and practiced what I preached. So not only was I using the best nutrition I could find, but I was also meditating and
and employing stress releasing processes I knew could help me. In spite of all these things, I suffered a heart attack and it took me a couple of years to regain much of my health. At that point, I felt much better, but was still far from perfect.
