Mainly people going on diet with the exclusive purpose of losing the extra pounds they have put on extra years. Many are successful in their seek but approximately half end up either putting it all back on or gaining even more. This can have health result such as doubling the risk of death through heart illness, but you follow what is commonly known as a useful diet. So what is the greatest way to weight loss and stay it there? Well avoiding (or at least minimizing to three times in a week) what can be called the POWS group of foods is a very good start, and exercise is important of course.
The POWS groups of foods are: P: processed foods - everything processed, not in its normal form. For example, meat products, all types of meat, take away and fast foods etc .O: Oily Foods, any food that is made by frying or has an excessive amount of oil as in some curries .W: Whites such as white bread, white rice etc. White flour is void of any minerals and nutrients and is a simple carbohydrate, so it converts to sugars very quickly and finally. S: Sugars including artificial sugars. If you need any sweetener, try and use the natural ones like Stevie, Agave Nectar syrup, Dates etc.
A little research you could try is this: totally avoid all that is mentioned above for just three weeks. Assuming you are not diabetic or have other major health issues where certain foods could affect your health, become a vegan. Replace the white rice and bread with brown or red rice and wholegrain brown bread. Change the butter or margarine with a plant based product etc and avoid any product that has sugar in it.
The consequence: you should weight loss at the rate of 1-2 lbs per week without doing any exercise. Exercise and you will perhaps loss more. It is a usually accepted fact within the medical study society that systemic swelling is a primary cause of many forms of cancer, heart disease and other persistent diseases that take the lives of millions well before their time. Poor diet, stress and lifestyle factors all contribute to inflammation that overworks body metabolism and encourages damage to the delicate vascular system that feeds our heart. Production of inflammatory chemical markers such as cytokines are accelerated over months and years of exposure that creates an environment known to encourage the spread of cancer cells and propagate cardiovascular disease.
Two self-determining studies published in the American journal of Clinical Nutrition have found that supplementing Omega-3 fats lowers the discharge of provocative biomarkers that are conce
ed in damage to cells called soluble adhesion molecules. Researchers have demonstrated that Omega-3 fats from fish oil supplements effectively lower levels of circulating adhesion molecules to decrease risk of atherosclerosis and counteract the pro-carcinogenic action of these damaging compounds produced by long-term inflammation throughout the body.
