How to reform! What's wrong with the citizen, please? Politics Vs Economy—it’s a long rally as if, in the final of a tennis tournament that India observes today. None knows who will come out victorious. The spectators are to sustain tension. Dr. Manmohan Singh, our Prime Minister, tries his best but the opposition can not allow him to make things at all possible. Corruption plays a vital role. How unfortunate the situation is!

We may not admit when an ordinary man says something on a particular subject, but we do accept when an experienced person offers his views on that very subject. In reality we are enlightened by our leaders. Presently, we are very disturbed in our country. Democracy has to pay the price. Happiness is at stake. Yes, tranquility is also not so easy available. We are supposed to strive for peace personally and expand our uneasiness related to it around us. However, let’s look at the present state of affairs of our country from a different scenario. At present, In India political leaders are of serious concern. The situation is grave and would turn worse soon.

There is no time to think about other problems that we face today in our country. Even the questions related to anti-corruption are also less interesting. What is necessary and essential for economic reform should and must be ensured right at this moment. Whatever be the situation we are liable to face, we have made up our mind to accept that challenge. After all, without sacrifice no better position could ever be attained. We are almost on the verge of ruin. It is much better to die in the battle field than to die amid awkwardness and starvation.

Although it is too late, we have no other option but to take this measure. ‘Better late than never’ is an old saying which emboldens us with strength. Let the stones move amid adversities, soon they will crush against one another and be turned into pieces, may appear just grains of sand.

After all they have raised for nothing hue and cry which can never last long. All the parties will have to feel their position well- secured by this short time. Live and let live proudly like lion keeping wide open our vision in favor of anti-corruption.

“Recent reforms may burden people, but were necessary”—In reply to our Finance Minister I said at once, the question was ‘necessary’ or ‘absolutely necessary’? It has got to be ensured, I do reiterate, without a little delay. Dear Prime Minister, please don’t hesitate. Let us die in the battle field, I do reiterate, fighting the worst situation. It may so happen that something otherwise would appear to enrich people with better future.

All the medicines are not sweet, there are good many sour and bitter to test. But to revive from ailing we have no option but to take in those medicines at times. Life is a constant struggle and we are to fight back to survive. After all “survival of the fittest” is a scientific truth. Amid proven facts it has its foundation confirmed.

I am a spiritualist, love people still I badly need economic reform—why? To make life beautiful there is hardly any other option but to reform both economically and politically. All the while we, the spiritualist, expect reform in every respect. Unless we change our mind—rather transform from selfishness to selflessness, peace can never be attained.

Things are getting so very complicated that we, the rank and file, are very much afraid of administration in every State. Without central aid how can we meet the demand of so many projects we have undertaken? Please let us settle and find solution to the problems we are likely to face in near future. We count on the success of the entire province.''

I do believe, there are corruptions in Congress. What about the opposition, please? In politics, especially where runs a coalition ‘indulgence’ has great implication. Try to understand things from within. Economic reform is the need of the hour and we have no way but to sacrifice.”

It is really tear-jerking. Someone once was a good friend seems to be a foe. Of course, there are many examples in reality where affectionate parents are being totally deprived of by their offspring at their old age. This is such an example that would mislead common people of our country. Politics at the cost of decency can never be accepted.

None knows how far this economic reform will be possible against opposition. Whatever may be the outcome, any output, of late, will sound awkward in future. We know well indeed that only economic reform can not win the election. Despite Congress has no way but to take calculated risk. Shouldn’t we cooperate with him? What is apparent defeat and that what is evident to come up—we are aware of both of them.

Author's Bio:

Ma-Mahajnan, a matchless spiritual genius, expressed her entire creation in a state of "Conscious Trance” which has all been stuffed with matters of highly philosophical values and related with strong literary sense. She could not attend even Primary School due to extreme poverty. Strangely, she was taught all by herself in the School of Nature. The weird and wonderful life is possibly the souse of her vast experience and profound realization. She was born on 17 July, 1928 and passed away on 22 January, 2011.

Listen to what Ma-Mahajnan said once: “I may as well tell you in advance; I haven’t read about any Yoga, I am, in fact, innocent of any learning. Just believe me; you should know this in advance. In fact, if you speak in English, I won’t understand that. I am a perfect ignoramus.” Listen to what I tell you briefly about the early phase. Listen first about my life. I was married off at the age of thirteen. I was the second wife, my husband married for the second time and thus I came into his family. I didn’t get any chance for schooling.” You’ll perhaps weep to hear how I came as a wife, driven by utter poverty or how they packed me off. After that all at once I slowly progressed in the domain of that ‘Nothingness’.--Please refer to “I’m the Mother; the Nothingness, too.”

Asokananda Prosad, Ma-Mahajnan's first disciple, is an engineer, a philosopher and a philanthropist. Being the missing son—the eldest and the first disciple of Great Ma-Mahajnan, he has had to shoulder so many burdens of Ashram and Temple. Of course, there are few brothers and sisters, very sincere and honest, intelligent and industrious. They help him in every way. He has long been translating Works of Ma-Mahajnan, written in Bengali, into English. The Mother didn’t just put those in black and white, but simply expressed, extempore and spontaneous, in a state of “Conscious Trance” and Asokananda got those tape-recorded.
