- Healthy Breakfast - Protein and Fruit w/ whole grain carbs - oatmeal is bestrn
- Snack of apple and yogurtrn
- Lunch - spinach salad w/ protein for energy for night showrn
- Snack - Turkey roll-uprn
- Dinner - usually late - protein, healthy carb like 4 oz potato; and green veggiesrn
- LOADS of water for sustained energy and sweating done on stage and studio while on feet for extended periods
- Seated rowsrn
- Inverted Lateral Raises for shouldersrn
- Tricep bench dipsrn
- 21's bicep curlsrn
- 3-way lungesrn
- deadliftsrn
- Cardio - 30 minutes at least 300 calories burned.... 45 would be fabulous!!
- LOADS of water!
