Modern living involves quite a lot of eating without caring for the contents of the food and how it affects their health. For most people taste is the deciding factor in the choice of their food. If found necessary, they may seek the assistance of personal trainers come to their homes for advice.
Bootcamps are not just about exercises, machines, physical trainers etc. Physical well being can be achieved only through strict dietary habits. Camp inmates are put through a strict regimen of diet food. This will vary from person to person depending on physical condition and needs of the body. The problem with most people is that what they do willingly in the camps is reluctant to do at home on regular basis.
