The benefits of walks are innumerable yet if I state few desirable ways; the words will fall short to state them. Just imagine, a morning walk along with enchanting stream, singing birds and fresh virgin air from towering hills elevates your mind to a point where you can feel the rhythm of your own heartbeat and pulse of life. Morning walk brings you in a mood; you feel yourself a careless and fear free child, no matter whatever your chronological age is. People usually think that walk can only be done if you have health issues. Nevertheless, it is one of those ways that helps people to stay fit and healthy. This oxygen plays a vital role in mental health. It makes you feel more alive, motivated and energetic. It boosts our energy level and releases muscular tension. The view of clear blue-sky, chirping of birds keeps your body and soul fresh and active during the day.
