You can find dumbbells and some other exercise equipment in many sporting goods shop.
2. Tidy the area. Ensure that you have enough space to move around without damaging anything. I guess you should have some furniture moved. You ought to be very careful when you try out a video for the first time, and you need to have enough space for any moves that you never take before.
