I can help you stop snoring, yes, but first - do you know why you snore? It’s possible you never thought to ask yourself that question; and that must be why you are still snoring today when you could have broken the trend ages ago. There are many snoring solutions that work, and Heaven knows you have had more than your fair share of trials.

But you are still snoring obviously because you never found the real reason why you are snoring. Without doubts, the perfect snoring cure is only applicable when you know the reason why you snore.

There are simply too many factors that contribute to snoring, and some actually cause the syndrome. The next few lines describe a few of them, and hopefully you will find the cause for your snoring amongst them, and then you will be better able to treat it to a standstill.

One of the most glaring and undeniable causes of snoring is chronic throat weakness. Always present, always recurring, it is a habitual condition in which the tissues and muscles of your throat are loose and will not hold together. This flaccidity of your throat will undoubtedly cause it to close while you sleep, and hence you WILL snore. The best snoring cure for throat weakness is exercise, abstinence from food and medications before bedtime, and perhaps, ultimately surgery.

A mis-positioned jaw may also be the reason why you are snoring. This can be caused by an accident in which you received a blow to your jaw, or more often, it is caused by tension in your muscles from physical or psychological stress. You can find curing relief in this instance by identifying the underlying cause of the tension and treat it.
