Every woman has to achieve menopause at a certain age and some woman suffer the agony of heat waves emanating from within the body. Hot waves are curable and hot flash remedies are available right in your kitchen. You should know that menopause brings many changes in the body. Working women suffer most during their pre-menopause period because they have to work in a high pressure environment. Stress, tension and pressure only increases the intensity of pre-menopause symptoms hence pre-menopausal women should avoid doing stressful work. For hot flash remedies, they can dress in layers so that they can undress some of the layers to reduce the intensity of the heat waves. Also they can use some Chinese herbs to for quick relief from pre-menopause symptoms. By keeping stress away, taking nutritious diet and dressing in layers, working women can control pre-menopause symptoms at their work places.
