WordPress Theme for business helps you in setting up the online business comfortably. You can make an elegant and professional website with very little use of coding. But, sometimes, you may face some technical glitches. And if you don't know how to fix them, it may frustrate you, and even you may lose all your website data. These technical glitches may occur with all types of WordPress Themes, whether it is the Multipurpose WordPress Theme, a business Theme, or any other Theme as well.
Therefore, you need to know how to fix some common technical issues that you may face with your WordPress Theme.
Let's see,

Style.css Is Missing

Sometimes, when you try to download a Theme, you may fail, and you may get the error message something like style.css is missing. You must know that every WordPress Theme is a collection of various types of files. And each of those files is crucial. So, if a WordPress Theme misses any of those files, you can never activate it on your WP CMS. Style.css decides the layout of any Theme, and if WordPress can't fetch this file, it is impracticable to use the Theme.

How To Fix It

The most comfortable way to fix it is to unzip the Theme on your device and then to upload it again through the cPanel. Sometimes, your WordPress Theme may have style.css available, but for some reason, WP CMS may fail to find it. The most common reason behind it may be the difference in the name of the file. There may be some other reasons as well.
Therefore, if you face such an error, unzip your Theme first. After that, try to find the file similar to style.css. And then, save it by the name style.css. Now, the next step is to open the cPanel and visit the WP Content of the affected Domain name. Generally, you may find it in public.html. Now open the WP Content, and visit Themes folder. The next step is to create a subfolder in the Themes Folder. Name the subfolder as per your Theme's name. After that, open the subfolder that you have just created, and upload all your unzipped files there. Save your upload, and refresh the Cpanel. Then activate the Theme from the WP-admin dashboard.
But if you could not find the style.css, you may have to create a new one in that case. And it is better to hire an expert then.
These solutions apply to all types of Themes, whether it is the WordPress Theme for Business, the Multipurpose WordPress Theme, or even any Themes you may be using.
Main Content Width Is Not Enough

Most of us prefer to use such a WordPress Theme for Business that should have the sidebars available. But, you may find the main content area too short in width. And it may make your Website look ugly, and users may never want to access such a website. Therefore, it is very crucial to maintain the proper ratio between each section of the Theme.
And it becomes even more essential if the issue occurs with the width of the main content area of the Theme.

How To Fix It

It is quite easy to fix it. But, for that, you need to implement a little code in the additional CSS section of the WordPress Customizer. First of all, open the Website in a new tab. And then, right-click on your mouse to get the inspect element option. Once you find it, click on it. Now, on the top, you may see the arrow-like symbol. Take your cursor there, and click on that. Now, take the cursor on the main content area. Now, you may get the content option in the Style section. You may set various essential data there, such as Width, Padding, Margin, and so on. Copy this code, and paste it in the Notepad. The code may look something like:-
content {
margin: 2em 0 0;
line-height: 1.7;
background-color: #000000;
width: 10px;
}
Now, follow the similar steps to change the coding of the sidebar as per the changes you may have made in the main content area. Again, copy the code, and paste it in the Notepad. The code may look something like:-
Secondary {
width: 28%;
float: right;
padding-left: 20px;
}
or
Primary {
width: 28%;
float: right;
padding-left: 20px;
}
or
Sidebar {
width: 28%;
float: right;
padding-left: 20px;
}
Ok, now you have two codes. Copy both the Codes, and paste it into the style.css section of your WordPress Theme. Update the Theme then, and check whether the changes you made, became successful or not. If not, add !important after each element in the code. And update the Theme again. Most probably, you may not find the issue after that. But, if the problem is still there, it's better to hire a WordPress developer. If you have the premium Theme, you may get the developer support for free.

WordPress Not Displaying The Changes Made In The Theme

Sometimes, even after the perfect customization, the required changes may not appear. It is very frustrating, and in that case, it is quite tough to customize the Website.

How To Fix It

The simplest way to fix it is to refresh the web page through ctrl+F5.
If you could not fix the glitch this way, then the main culprit may be the Cache issue in WP CMS. And, in that case, install and activate the plugin WP Clear Cache. To use this plugin properly, follow the instructions you get with the plugin. Run the plugin, and clear the website cache. It may fix the issue for you.
But, sometimes, the customization code working fine on a theme may be useless for the other one. And, in that case, you should consult the related expert. You must use this plugin for your WordPress Theme for business.
