Life these days is filled with more confusion than ever before. There are so many choices on offer. There are endless opportunities and so much freedom. And of course there is pressure to make use of it all and to “Have It All NOW.” I am sure you were told that if you worked and studied hard the sky would be the limit. Your expectations were high and rightly so, but what has happened to all those dreams and plans?

Does this sound like your life? Your weekdays are filled with traffic mayhem, rushing to work, making calls, meeting deadlines. At the end of a workday you are way too tired to drag yourself to the gym in search of the 'perfect body.' Your weekends are filled to capacity trying to catch up with friends and do everything you were either too busy or too tired for during the week. Your bank account is never overflowing, the last pay you got rise was met with even more demands on your salary. On top of this all you are trying to balance career, social life, health, education and finances.
