How to contact customer support
Make sure you sign in to your Intuit account to request for us to call you or chat with us.

We’ll contact you (call back): Skip the line and no more phone trees. Leave your number and we’ll get back to you. Start from the Help menu in your product.
Message Us (chat): Start a convo online with a QuickBooks expert. You can do this right from QuickBooks Desktop, or from our support site.

How to get a call or chat from us
Open QuickBooks.
Go to Help, then select QuickBooks Desktop Help/Contact Us.
Select Contact Us.
Give a brief description of your issue, then select Continue.
Sign in to your Intuit account and select Continue and then Continue with my account.
If you don't already have an account, make sure to Create a new account.
We'll email you a single use code. Enter your code and select Continue.
If you have more than one account, select the account you want to use and then Continue.
Select to chat with us or Have us call you.
Phone support may be limited due to volume.

Contact QuickBooks Desktop for Mac
Open QuickBooks.
Go to Help, then select QuickBooks Help.
Select Contact Us.
Give a brief description of your issue, then select Continue.
Sign in to your Intuit account and select Continue and then Continue with my account.
If you don't already have an account, make sure to Create a new account.
We'll email you a single use code. Enter your code and select Continue.
If you have more than one account, select the account you want to use and then Continue.
Select to chat with us or Have us call you.
How to contact us outside of the product
