There are several speedy ways to get taller. All you have to do is to assess yourself and consider the choices. In the process of choosing, the primary consideration should be suitability and practicality to your current condition and lifestyle. Also your health condition is a very important aspect to be considered. You should also choose the option that you will not regret.
Temporary fix. People may resort to having painless, fast and temporary fix to the problem of lack of height. This is one of the ways to get taller chosen by many because it is hassle free and cost-efficient. Such solutions include wearing of elevator shoes, shoe insoles, wearing of height enhancing clothes, among others.
Sleep more. This can be equated to an increase in human growth hormones and the allowing of the spine to stretch more often. The release and secretion of the growth hormones are stimulated by sleeping. However, without the proper posture, the growth in height might not be possible. Thus, proper posture should be observed even when asleep. This is one of the sure ways to get taller.
Stretch often. According to some studies and theories, stretching can thicken the bones and straighten up the spinal column. Stretching serves as one of the ways to grow taller that is in spinal decompression, straightening, progressive spinal disc regeneration and thickening. Other benefits that may be derived from stretching include muscle lengthening, improvement of tissue elasticity and flexibility. Also, stretching is usually done to prevent injuries and increase athletic performance.
Take supplementary drugs. Synthetic human growth hormone taken in to replace the naturally released and produced growth hormone in the body is probably one of the most expensive medications. In the past, biomedical technologists usually extract growth hormones from dead human bodies. But with the advancements in technology, our experts are able to synthesize artificial versions of which. These are produced in sophisticated medical laboratories usually used to increase heights of children with low human growth hormone levels. Most kids who underwent such a methodology experience on the average a height gain of up to five inches within a few months. However, side effects were noted which are associated with artificial human growth hormones. This is one of the most risky methods that may be chosen.
Lengthen limbs via operation. The surgical procedure is one of the most expensive ways to get taller. This requires the placement of exte
al and internal rods inside the limbs which have to be adjusted regularly. This procedure, done usually for cosmetic and aesthetic reasons, originated in Russia and other countries outside of the United States. This is noted for effectiveness, being permanent and irreversible. However, this requires enough period of time for extensive recuperation. Sad to say, individuals have reasons for not taking this option which include one of the following:
1.Pain medication
2.Time lost due to hospital stay
3.High cost of the operations
These choices are all within your reach. However, they will require changes in your lifestyle and at time, additional money. Therefore, you need motivation and dedication to pull them off. But you need not worry. Because these simple acts can really make you taller in time.
