Anger management- is a training to control your anger or your temper controlling.

Understanding Your Anger

  • Experiencing Abuse(P.T.S.D)
  • Low self-esteem
  • Low frustration tolerance
  • Lack of sleep
  • Take Inventory of Emotion
    Anger is a secondary emotion to Sadness .Grief. Depression or fear

    • Take note what are the emotion you are feeling at the moment and why.

  • Like for example self-protection or to release aggression is always good for keeping negative energy away .And too much anger is never good for our health
  • Watch out for the Signs of Anger out of Control

  • If anger happens in insignificant occurrences, for example, spilling milk, Aggressive behaviour or chronic .last but the least if substance abusers make their temper worst.
  • Engage in Physical Activity
    The following are some of the methods to release anger

  • yoga
  • martial arts
  • meditating
  • Get enough sleep

  • Studies show that sleep deprivation can cause inability to manage emotion properly.
  • Practice Assertive Expression of Your Anger

  • To communicate not by exaggeration rather by request.
  • Consulting your mental health professional

  • Nobody on this earth knows more about depression than the expert that dedicated their life in this field of science. Consulting them would not hurt

    Anger is also given your physical body a bad affect many of the following effects

    • digestion problems, such as abdominal pain
    • insomnia
    • increased anxiety
    • high blood pressure
    • skin problems, such as eczema
    • heart attack
    • stroke.

    We can’t help it to feel angry after all we are human and sometimes we can’t control it but its best to know how. Anger has its good qualities and bad .like the old saying too much is bad for all of us. But it’s normal to feel that way .even I am subjected to anger from time to time but again Anger issues are not a mental disorder that our society should not take lightly. Anger can affect the not just person who suffers in this condition but the people around that person. Anger management is helpful to anyone.
