Phenol treatment is not recommended for patients with dark skin or freckles. This type of facial plastic surgery permanently lightens skin tone and can be carried out only on the face. Treated areas are no longer able to produce pigmentation. Sun protection is essential for an indefinite period of time.
Patients with heart disease may not be deep chemical peel. If you have a skin condition that produces cold sores, you will need to take medication before the procedure, in order to prevent outbreaks. If your skin is prone to keloid formation, this procedure may not be an option.
An important thing to pay attention to the chemical peel is that it will not stop your skin from aging. They also can not eliminate sagging skin.
