My experience has shown me that there is one attitude, which will completely transform your life. It will help you to invite more wealth and better health into your life, give you access to your greatest potential, help you build and sustain great relationships and make you feel the happiness and joy you deserve. As you know when you are in the gym and you want to grow, either your fitness or muscle mass. You can never just maintain the same workout routine. One of the biggest challenges we face in our lives every day is the need to control everything in our environment. Too many people are so obsessed with things over which they have no control at all, that they do not have any energy left to focus on the things that really matter in their lives.
If you thought about this question for just a second, the first thoughts that would pop into your mind would be, “my family”, “my children” or “my spouse”. Now take the time to look a little deeper, is the way you are living your life indicating that you are actually living your life, like those three areas are most important to you. Or is the picture that is reflected back at you telling a very different story? Most people are very quick to state what they value most, as being their relationships or families. Feedback is all around you, if you are willing to look, listen, feel, search inwardly and listen to your inner voice. It remains only information though, until you make the crucial choice to use the information it provides, to guide you to take inspired daily action, which will help you create the life of your dreams. Is there one universe, in which we all live in one world, where we all get to experience the same reality? I do not believe so, I believe that we all get to experience our own form of reality, where everything we see as “our reality”, is filtered by our perception filters, through which we view our world. There are no two people on this planet that are the same, even twins, have different experiences and perceptive backgrounds and thus live a different reality.
The actions you are taking or have failed to take, the emotions you have felt or are feeling and the attitude you have projected or will project to the world, in this moment, are directing the meaning and fulfilment you feel, moulding how you future will unfold and dictating the level of happiness you are experiencing or will experience. Do you not think that something this important should be invested as wisely as possible? How are you spending or investing your every NOW?
What picture of possibility do you hold in your mind? Can you see yourself living the life of meaning and fulfilment you desire? Because the picture you hold in your mind today, is what is shaping how your future will unfold, as it is driving your beliefs about what you see as being possible for you. These beliefs are in turn driving your expectations and your expectations are driving your daily actions.
The way to invite abundance into your life begins with approaching life and those around from a standpoint of appreciation. When you learn to appreciate everything in your life, you consistently give and receive responsible love, show real caring and exhibit compassionate thoughts and actions, you will have found true wealth.
The path to living your dreams is far shorter and a lot less lonely, if you surround yourself with the right people. It is important to surround yourself with people, who inspire and energise you and from whom you can learn, gain support, guidance, help, and get the encouragement you will need to keep going even when things get difficult. Don’t be afraid to walk in the footsteps of others – for that is where the most skill and knowledge can be acquired. When the time is right though, have the confidence to stride out and make your own mark.
