Mercury and Mars Retrograde

Mercury begins an extra retrograde period for 2009 on December 26, the day after Christmas. How many electronic toys, gadgets, computers, TV’s, etc. will not be working right this year? When Mercury is retrograde, it affects electronics, communication, travel, etc. Computers break down, conversations get misunderstood, people argue and cars can break down. What a fun thing to have happen at Christmas time! Mars began it’s retrograde period on December 20, just before winter solstice.

High Anxiety

Can you feel the anxiety? Has your life been in total chaos over the last month or so? If so, then you are in good company. The energies over the last month have been very intense and chaotic. People have been complaining of stress, anxiety, panic attacks, feelings of impending doom, headaches, backaches and foot pain. Lots of us have been taking more time off, spending more time resting and rejuvenating. We are being more gentle with ourselves and taking better care of our needs. Some of us have been taking actual time off for the first time in years.

How to Adjust to Today's Intense Energies

We have been under some very intense energies lately. We have had 2 eclipses already this month with is causing all sorts of havoc. As the Earth's vibration continues to increase, those who's vibration doesn't match can literally go nuts. This is obvious if you read the news headlines. I know, many people say that spiritual people are supposed to ignore the news, but I don't agree with this.

Lessons From The Tragedy In Sedona

I am sure that everyone has heard by now about the sweat lodge tragedy in Sedona which took three lives during a James Ray retreat. It is a horrible incident which has brought much attention to the New Age, Self Help movement. The current energies are bringing much that has been hidden into the Light. We are seeing this in our government, financial system, religion, health and other areas. All areas which are not aligned with the higher vibrations are being brought into the Light. James Ray is one of my favorite motivational author’s.

It's Not Fair! It Just Isn't Fair!

The energies over the last month have been very intense. People are reporting stomach upsets, diareah, back pain, leg pain, headaches, deep sadness, a feeling of having been abandoned, feeling lost, feeling stuck and much more. Most people I have talked with don’t realize that it is due to the 3 eclipses we have experienced in the last month and the influx of energies they have brought. So many of us are feeling lost. We just don’t know what to do next. We don’t know which way to go.

No More Secrets - Thank You Tiger Woods

The year 2009 has been a time of secrets coming out of the darkness into the Light. Much that has been hidden for centuries has come to the surface for all to see. Through the years, our politicians, bankers and the medical profession have been able to keep many secrets from us. This is no longer the case, and every day more secrets come to the surface. During the last year, it has been necessary for us to be more in alignment with our soul. Things which have not been in alignment with our soul have either been brought to the Light for examination or been forced out of our lives.

Holidays and Families

Are you one of those who has survived another horrid holiday with your family? Do you dread holidays because it means you have to spend time with people that you choose not to spend time with any other day of the year? If so, WHY?? Too many of us feel that we ‘have to’ spend holidays with our families. That we ‘ought to’. That we ’should’. They are family, after all. There was a time that I felt this way. Each holiday, I would invite my family to my house because Samantha couldn’t go to theirs. (For those who don’t know, Samantha was my daughter.

What Are You Thinking?

Each day we have thousands of thoughts which rush through our minds. We pay very little attention to what we are thinking most of the time. We simply allow the random thoughts to have a life of their own, running here and there with no control. It can be very beneficial to spend a little time paying attention to the thoughts that your mind creates. How many times have you had thoughts of “I can’t …”, “It’s hard.”, “I’m tired.”, “I can’t stand him …”, “She’s stupid …” and other such thoughts.
