A mother's heart is a multifaceted deep cave of unconditional love. Her Sacred Feminine heart holds a full spectrum of experiences, emotions, memories and hope. From the moment of conception of a child a mother's heart knows, really knows that she is not alone on this planet. The Divine Feminine exists and channels through us, the mother, as creation itself taking form as our babe in the womb.
Friends as Fellowship are one of the most powerful assets a human being could have. Life is challenging on this planet. With loving friends who have our back we know that we are not alone in the world. When we have friends as fellowship we have a built in support system to help us along the way especially when the chips are down. Sharing our weaknesses and challenges in life with a friend who doesn't judge us and instead listens to us share our pain is very healing. Receiving encouragement and positive feedback is such a gift.
Spring is fast approaching as we focus on new beginnings. What rings true for me is to focus on the basics in my life such as the practice of meditation. Meditation is a power tool or jewel for self discovery in that it helps us to connect with our higher power, the source within us. The Divine always guides us to that which is best for us. So how can we go wrong? The way to access the source directly is through the practice of meditation.
Another Jewel for Self Discovery, Spirit of me, is the process of realizing the essence of who you truly are. Are you mom, dad, daughter, son, sister, brother, lover, Leo or Scorpion? The teacher, carpenter, blogger, dental assistant are some of the titles or jobs that we have, yet it is not who we are. What does spirit of me mean to you? Who are you? Be in the asking of the question and let the answer come to you from the inside, from who you truly are, your spirit. Focus on the intention of your inquiry as you meditate on the question of who you are.
Practice the daily practices on a regular basis to support yourself on the spiritual path. Our spiritual path is a journey of the soul where you need to have essentials in order to traverse the trail with ease. Practice the daily practices beginning with the breath, prana or life force energy. Begin your day by taking 3 cleansing breaths. Breathe in love, light, healing energy. Breathe out pain, old emotional energy and all that no longer serves you.
